Le Merle Blanc ("The white blackbird") is a lovely and delightful countryside retreat just across the French border. It's a fantastic base for hiking and cycling trips. The garden borders expansive forests, and the gently rolling landscape offers ideal cycling routes.

The property itself spans over 2 hectares, and if you're patient and observant, you might spot deer, birds of prey, woodpeckers, raccoons, martens, polecats, hedgehogs, frogs, ducklings... We've already seen them all here!

Inside, you'll find 6 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 12 people. Hosting more guests is possible too, though it requires a bit of creativity with the seating in the living room and kitchen. When it gets colder, you can cozy up indoors with the wood stove or central heating. But warming up outside by the campfire is what truly makes it special.
